*Trailside Rentals Terms & Conditions*
1) All renters must arrive at least 1 Hour prior to
their departure time in order for us to complete all the necessary paperwork and
also go over all safety rules & regulations required by law.2)
The 4 hours in which all 1/2 day renters will utilize are between the hours of
(8:AM -12:00PM) or (12:00PM - 4:00PM)
3) For each snowmobile not returned by the end of the
agreed rental period, there will be an additional late fee of $40.00 per
hour, per snowmobile. If the renter would like to extend the agreed rental period, it
is the renters responsibility to contact Trailside Rentals at least
1 Hour
prior to the end of the agreed rental period to avoid this fee.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
4) Each snowmobile rented will have a full tank of fuel
when it leaves our store. It is the renters responsibility to return that
snowmobile with a full tank of fuel. A $15.00 charge will apply if not
returned full of fuel.
5) A $1000.00 damage deposit is required to rent our
snowmobiles. All renters must present a major credit card with at least
an available line of credit of $1000.00 per snowmobile they wish to rent.
6) All renters must be at least 18 years of age with a
valid drivers license.
7) At no time are Trailside Rentals snowmobiles permitted
on any lakes, ponds, or rivers, except if a marked state trail utilizes a
part or portion of that body of water. Please ask our sales clerk for
clarification.
8) At no time will a potential renter seemingly under the
influence of alcohol or a controlled substance be permitted to rent a
snowmobile from Trailside Rentals. The sales clerk reserves the right to
refuse anyone.
9) All renters are required to wear a DOT
approved helmet at all times while riding our snowmobiles. If you do not
have one, we can supply you with one. A $10.00 rental fee will apply.

10) All our snowmobiles prior to being rented, will undergo a
detailed inspection with our sales clerk and it's renter. All damages
to our snowmobile prior to being rented will be recorded on this
report and signed by both parties. This same inspection will take place
upon it's return. All renters must understand that they
are responsible for any and all damages to that snowmobile which occur while
in the renters possession.
11) When canceling your reservation, we require a minimum
30 days notice prior to your reservation date
for a complete refund on your deposit. Cancellations after this time will
result in a pro-rated fee of 15% of the deposit for each day there after.
